1 Bird by Abigail Edwards
For Birds, artist and designer Abigail Edwards hand draws the multitude of pheasant feathers on a watercolour base. The individual plumes, based on the patterns found in both male and female pheasants, have an intricate detail that combine to create a greater textural effect. 2 Tropicana by Osborne & Little
From fashion designer Matthew Williamson’s flamboyant Cubana collection of wallpapers and coordinating fabrics, Tropicana boasts large-scale palm leaves in two vibrant colourways on a contrasting ground.

3 Inverted Spaces by Calico Wallpaper
Using satellite imagery from NASA’s library, Calico, in collaboration with Amsterdam-based design studio BCXSY, created a stunning and otherworldly six-pattern collection named after celestial bodies. The non-repeating murals are printed on either silver or gold Mylar.

4 Banded Stripe by Maharam
Stripes in varying thicknesses and subtle shade changes create a sense of movement in Banded Stripe, one pattern from Paul Smith’s first collection for Maharam. The seven complementary colourways can be used alone or in combination with each other, and the panels can be straight or reverse hung.

5 Washi by Piet Boon and NLXL Lab
Inspired by the beauty and versatility of the centuries-old Japanese paper, designer Piet Boon’s wallpapers have a muted, watery palette that reads contemporary. His second collection for NLXL, the wallcoverings are available in a standard 19” width, as well as 49” to 124” widths.
