What You’ll Do

    • Serve as point of contact and communication with the customer on designated projects
    • Assist in pre-project budgeting
    • Work with our FF&E Coordinator and our vendors to place and track orders, acknowledgements, deliveries, punchlists, and invoices for on-going and completed projects
    • Enter orders into Unispace’s financial system and work with accounting for prompt payment to vendors
    • Conduct sales calls with Sales Representative, as needed
    • Publish status reports for review by the sales team and customer. Participate in regular team meetings and update all parties on the status of projects and activities
    • Identify and enlist resources necessary to effectively service the customer
    • Coordinate the production of installation drawings with the Design Team and customer to ensure functionality of the product as well as the accuracy of specifications
    • Coordinate delivery, service, and installation with outside contractors
    • Attend and take notes for all project meetings
    • Perform site visits as necessary, site verification, qualify service and warranty inspections
    • Be familiar with all contract agreements between the client and Unispace
    • Ensure that all punch-list items have been resolved and orders closed out for invoicing in a timely fashion
    • Maintain accurate and standardized order records
    • Regularly participate in training on products and trends
    • Work well within the FF&E team to share the workload

Who You Are

    • Someone with strong customer service, professional presentation, communication, and organizational skills
    • Have an interest in project management/financial software packages
    • Possess strong problem solving and resolutions skills
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
    • Sets and achieves goals
    • A proven team player who is willing to work on small and large account transactions

Your Experience, Knowledge and Skills

    • Minimum of 5 years of commercial furniture experience required.
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MSWord and Excel and databases
    • Worksheet, Giza and CAD skills are a bonus
